1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is issued by Muscled Inc. ("we", "us"), 305 Kelson Avenue North, Grimsby, Ontario L3M 4E8, Canada. It covers Hire Offshore Development (hireoffshoredevelopment.com) and the forms, booking calendar and text message program on it. We provide placement of offshore software engineers for your team.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, business email and mobile phone number
• Your answers to the questions on our forms, such as business size, volume, timing and budget
• Appointment details when you book a call, and notes from that call
• Your consent choices for text messages, with the date, time and form on which you gave them
• Any other information you choose to provide

We also collect technical information automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the ads you clicked to reach this site.

• With service providers that operate our website, CRM, calendar, email and text messaging on our behalf (including HighLevel), and only so they can deliver those services to us

5. Mobile Information and SMS Communications

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How you opt in. You opt in to text messages only by entering your mobile number on a form on this website and ticking an unchecked consent box. We offer two separate consents: transactional texts about the strategy call you booked (confirmations, reminders and rescheduling) and, optionally, marketing texts about our services. We keep a record of each consent as proof.

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us:

• Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month
• Message and data rates may apply

For recipients in the United States we obtain prior express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. For recipients in Canada we obtain express consent as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, and every message identifies us and includes an unsubscribe method.

6. Data Retention

We keep your contact information, form answers and appointment details for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you and for up to 4 years after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. We keep your mobile number and your text message consent and opt-out records for as long as you are opted in and for up to 4 years after you opt out, so that we can prove consent and honor your opt-out. You can ask us to delete your information sooner by emailing mahtab@muscled.co; we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

7. Cookies, Pixels and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and to understand how the site is used. We also use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our ads and to build advertising audiences. When you submit a form, we may send Meta a hashed version of your contact details so it can match the submission to the ad you saw. Meta's use of that data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and your Facebook ad preferences. Your mobile number and text message consent are never shared with advertising platforms for their own marketing.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Data is stored with hosting and software providers that maintain their own security programs.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your personal information
• Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Object to processing of your information

This website and our text message program are intended for business owners and decision makers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
